We’re recruiting a part-time, permanent Artist Development Manager to join our small-but-dynamic staff team.
Taking up the post of Artist Development Manager at Tŷ Cerdd will provide the opportunity to connect directly with artists and to shape the work of our regularly-funded organisation – as well as to play an active role in the broader Welsh music sector.
Working within an expert team, you’ll have direct connection with artists and organisations from around Wales and further afield – including opportunities to represent the organisation, not least among the PRS Foundation’s UK-wide Talent Development Network.
We are committed to supporting the development of our staff members, and keen to provide training and opportunities to develop new skills, broaden horizons and share learning with and from others.
