About WMC/Our Department:
Our customer operations team have an exciting new role for experienced retail assistants to join our team.
The team have just completed our most exciting year to date, launching a world leading Gala dinner for our 20th anniversary, alongside celebrating the first birthday of our brand new Ffrwnais space. As we enter our 21st year, we have exciting plans which include launching a brand new retail store that will be the retail hub of cardiff bay in the summer of 2025.
About the Role and Responsibilities:
As part of our retail team you will be responsible for opening a brand new store, which will be the home of both WMC produced product along with the work of local makers. You will support on the customer service and sales of the store, as well as handpicking your own team to drive the store forward in being its own destination point.
This is an exciting time to join an expanding business, with world leading future plans and opportunities that will change lives.
