The Arts Council of Wales have announced the programme of events for a free, online festival to imagine the future of the arts in Wales - Imagining our Future: Conversations on the Arts in Wales (20-22 September).
Over 3 days, participants are invited to join in discussions on issues such as the climate emergency, a bilingual arts sector, equality and diversity, and transformation of the arts in the face of increasing global challenges. The virtual festival includes everything from open discussions to guided meditation walks.
Imagining our Future: Conversations on the Arts in Wales is open to everyone. From artists to producers, audiences to organisers – let’s come together to talk, listen, learn, and shape the future of the arts in Wales. Select as many or as few events as you’re able to attend.
Participants are encouraged to join in the conversation on social media using the hashtags #FutureArtsWales and #DyfodolCelfCymru.
This is an inclusive virtual festival with BSL interpretation, and Welsh to English simultaneous translation. If you have additional accessibility needs to participate in this event, please call 03301 242733 (all calls charged at local rates) or text 07797 800504 (standard text message rates apply).
