We are currently looking for a Network Coordinator (Going Places Project) to join our team. You will be working within CofGâr, the Museum and Arts Service, based at Carmarthenshire Museum to support the Communities of Making network, as part of Going Places. Going Places is an Art Fund programme made possible with generous support from The National Lottery Heritage Fund and the Julia Rausing Trust. Carmarthenshire Museum is working with Lisburn Museum & Irish Linen Centre and High Life Highland as part of the Communities of Making network to deliver two touring exhibitions and community engagement activities over a 5-year period.
The Role
The 'Network Coordinator' will support delivery of the programme and maintain an oversight of network activities, feedback, manage and devolve network level resources, and engage, diversify and develop connections between heritage collections and communities.
This is a part time post working 12 hours per week FTE 0.32 over 2 weekdays based at Carmarthenshire Museum. This is a hybrid role, you will be expected to regularly meet in-person with your line manager at your main workplace, but the rest of your working hours can be spent either working from home or at another Carmarthenshire Council Council workplace.
