An important exhibition of contemporary art comes to Wales.

13 independent artists from the Vulgar Earth Collective explore ‘The Lie of the Land’. “Where we see ourselves today, concepts of our land, our place in it and it’s place in our consciousness.”

Simon Meiklejohn’s brilliant curation portrays the individual perspectives of the Vulgar Earth Collective, while simultaneously combining their reflections upon the connection between the human spirit and nature to produce a truly engaging and aesthetic exhibition, leading to reflection upon nature and promoting the protection of our environmental landscapes.

The Vulgar Earth Collective are a not-for-profit group of professional artists committed to steering the development of society in a more civilised, sustainable, fair and rewarding direction. By evoking motifs of the environment through skilled use of natural materials and thought-provoking portrayals of the natural world, they encourage discussion and participation in important social and environmental issues.

Wednesday to Sunday from 11am to 4pm until July 6th. Groups and educational trips welcome by appointment.
