This money has created a modern arts infrastructure and changed the built landscape of Wales, with iconic buildings of international renown such as the Wales Millennium Centre, Cardiff Bay; Pontio, Bangor; Galeri, Caernarfon and Tŷ Pawb, Wrexham.
The Capital Programme has supported more than just new buildings. The fund has also contributed to the repair of old buildings, making places more accessible to disabled people and helping organisation to become more sustainable. During the pandemic, some companies have used the money to make their spaces safer for worker and visitors.
