The annual festival shines a light on all the great cultural activity that takes place on a regular basis in every community and encourages people to try their hand at something new and get actively involved in creativity in their local area.
Eligible events must be:
● participatory and creative,
● either free or cost-recovery, and
● take place in the UK or Ireland between 11-19 May 2019.
Get Creative Festival 2018 expanded to nine days for the first time and included over 1,400 creative events. With the support of all of our partners, we are growing the festival to become the unmissable annual celebration of creativity. Each May we want to promote opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to explore and celebrate their creativity with others in their community.
