Artists Rhiannon White and Ffion Wyn Morris are researching for a new show exploring working-class people’s relationships to Welsh language, identity and class, called We No Longer Talk.
The research looks at how we get taught language, how indigenous languages are fought for, what new languages are emerging and what the relationship and assumptions about class and Welsh language are.
As part of this research, Rhiannon and Ffion are hosting a series of free, creative workshops exploring these themes through a specific artistic lens, led by some of their favourite artists.
You can find more information about the workshops below, or visit https://commonwealththeatre.co.uk/projects/we_no_longer_talk/ for more information and blog posts, as the research develops.
