Live Music Now Cymru’s LULLABY PROJECT has been selected for ‘The People’s Projects’ public vote, with the opportunity to win up to £70,000 to deliver further work across Wales with new and expectant parents and their families.

Live Music Now has been delivering Lullaby Projects (based on the model developed by Carnegie Hall, New York) since 2021 in South Wales and North West England. The project pairs pregnant women, new mothers and fathers, and carers experiencing mental health challenges with professional musicians. Together, they work over a series of sessions to write and perform personal lullabies for their babies to support maternal health, childhood development and family bonding.
