Project management is key to helping successful businesses achieve its objectives. This course will provide an overview of project management focussing on what a project is, the roles associated with project delivery along with the fundamentals such as planning, risk and dependency management.
The course will be delivered by the Claims Project team in Admiral Insurance who have experience in delivering various types of business strategic projects for a large organisation.
