Speaking on her newly appointed role as director of Our Voice Network | Rhwydwaith Ein Llais CIC Nez said, “I was thrilled when Krystal asked me to become a director for Our Voice Network. I’ve seen the work that it does enabling early career creatives to get a foot in the door in the arts, an area which is notoriously difficult to enter particularly for under-represented groups here in Wales. As they say "you have to see it to be it" and the Our Voice Network provides the visibility that is so needed within the artistic sector.”

Together, I believe we can drive meaningful transformation and amplify underrepresented voices within the industry."
Krystal S. Lowe

She's passionate about disability access and multilingual work focusing on British Sign Language, Welsh, and English.
Speaking on her new role as Executive Director of Our Voice Network | Rhwydwaith Ein Llais CIC, Krystal Said, “I started this network to offer a place for artists of the Global Majority (and the intersections within) to be supported to develop and grow in their arts careers while connecting and embedding them within the arts sector. The work of the Network is essential and valuable but my main aim is that one day, in my lifetime, it will no longer be needed. I hope to see a sector that is so representative of the world we live in, so equitable, that the Our Voice Network can metaphorically shut its doors. I’m extremely excited for the road ahead and I know that Nadia Nur and Nez Parr will fulfil their roles, alongside me, with integrity and passion.”
