- Development of a sustainable strategic framework for Arts & Health.
- Mapping and strengthening partnerships, and identifying flagship initiatives.
- Producing resources to support long-term capacity and sustainability.
- Engaging with CAMHS to support participation in the national Arts & Minds programme.
- Creating clear and compelling outputs that demonstrate alignment with local and national priorities.
We are looking for:
Practitioners or organisations with:
- Extensive knowledge of the Arts & Health sector in Wales and beyond.
- Previous experience working with the NHS, healthcare systems, or similar public bodies.
- Strong strategic development and project management expertise.
- Understanding of local communities in Bridgend, Merthyr Tydfil, and Rhondda Cynon Taf.
- Demonstrable ability to lead inclusive engagement and evidence the value of Arts & Health.
