The Aloud Charity is delighted to announce that children in school years 5 and 6 will once again have the opportunity to audition to be part of the pan-Wales children’s choir Only Kids Aloud!
The 2024 programme will include a range of opportunities:
• Monthly regional rehearsals
• A programme of events and performances
• Residential courses
Children currently in school years 5 and 6 from across Wales are eligible to take part in the programme.
Involvement costs £450 which contributes towards all rehearsals and performances, residential courses (accommodation, food, and bus travel), activities during the residential courses, licensed chaperone fees, and some merchandise!
Financial assistance (including bursary support) is available to ensure that any young person interested in joining Only Kids Aloud is able to. For information surrounding financial assistance and how we can support you to be a member of the choir please contact us: oka@thealoudcharity.com

Fill out the online application form by 7th January 2024.
2) Join us for a live audition and workshop. Dates below:
January 11: Carmarthen
January 12: Aberystwyth
January 13: Llandudno
January 14: Cardiff
There will be a fee of £25 to attend this individual audition and participate in a vocal group workshop which will give an insight into what an OKA rehearsal will be like. Please contact us if this fee would present a barrier to you attending oka@thealoudcharity.com

Our Only Kids Aloud members have had the opportunity to sing at some fantastic events over the years and we are looking forward to welcoming a new cohort of children from across Wales.
