This year we pair the engaging and captivating music of Caroline Shaw with the music of Dvǒrák.
Starting the concert from the Cello and some flower pots, Cellist Daniel Davies and Drummer Andrew Gallop perform Caroline’s work Boris Kerner.
Daniel is then joined by Irish Violinist Maria Ryan, Violinist, Kasia Ziminksa and Viola Player Patricia Reinoso for Caroline Shaw’s breathtaking quartet Plan and Elevation.
In the 2nd half we are joined by acclaimed Welsh Cellist and Pedagogue Nicola Thomas for an engaging performance of Dvǒrák string sextet.
