ABOUT QUARTET CONCRÈTE

Formed at London’s Guildhall School in 2021, Quartet Concrète is one of the UK’s most dynamic young ensembles. Winners of the 2023 St James’ Chamber Music Competition, they have appeared at venues including the Barbican, St James’ Piccadilly, and Cité Musicale Metz.

Equally at home in both classical and contemporary repertoire, the quartet collaborates with the Rothko Collective and artists such as Sienna Spiro, having recorded on her viral single Butterfly Effect and performed at the Montreux Jazz Festival in 2025.

Upcoming highlights include the premiere of Arnau Gran i Romero’s À vif and an invitation from Quatuor Diotima to perform at the Opéra national du Rhin in 2026.
