Impelo is seeking an Interim Executive Producer 

Impelo is entering a bold new chapter — and we’re looking for a strategic, nurturing leader to help guide the journey.

We’re currently seeking a Freelance Executive Producer (Interim) to join us part-time (2 days/week) for six months. This is a pivotal role at a transformational time for Impelo, as we evolve into a more democratic, dancer-led structure and prepare to reopen our studio in Llandrindod Wells, Powys, in partnership with Mid & North Powys Mind.

You’ll be someone who combines strategic oversight with a heart for community-driven arts, mentoring a passionate team, managing programme delivery, and helping us stay focused on our mission — to make movement matter in people’s lives.

Fee: £350/day (Total contract: £16,800)
Location: Remote & Wales-based, with in-person meetings in Powys
