As part of the flood prevention scheme for the Hirael Bay area in Bangor, Cyngor Gwynedd and Gwynedd Consultancy (YGC) are keen to commission an artist or artists to develop and implement a permanent public art scheme that will be the focus of the revamped Hirael promenade.
