This is an evening of discussion and debate with the broadcaster and author Horatio Clare. At the end of 2019 Horatio had a nervous breakdown, was sectioned and received psychiatric treatment. Out of his experiences Horatio has presented the Radio 4 series Is Psychiatry Working. He wrote one book Heavy Light about his illness. And now another, Your Journey, Your Way, is a guide to receiving best practice and treatment. Ticket sales from this evening will go to MIND Monmouthshire.
