A 5-day residential short course on the woodland-farm campus of Black Mountains College near Talgarth. Experience our signature approach to learning, systems change and climate action. Re-imagine your community, your business and life in the light of the planetary crisis, and unlock clear pathways for positive change.

The BMC approach brings together neuroscience, a thorough understanding of ecology and system change, and creative practice to equip you with new tools. We will apply both creative and cognitive experiences to improve your ability to learn, change, and adapt.

Much of the learning takes place outside in the foothills of the Black Mountains, on our 120-acre farm and surrounding woodlands. Learning in nature, spending time outside and engaging your senses will help you to approach problems in new ways.

Featuring a fantastic line up of facilitators: founder of ‘Culture Declares’ Ackroyd & Harvey, science writer and veteran activist Mark Lynas, poet-performer Zena Edwards, neuro-scientist and dancer Hanna Poikonen, as well as award-winning writer Ben Rawlence.
