There are extensive benefits to taking part in creative activities, including improvements to health and wellbeing; increased confidence and improved mood; new social connections and skills development. So how can we encourage more people to make creative activity a regular part of their lives?

This Creative Network conversation will explore the conditions that might support people to try their hand at a new artistic activity, or rekindle a creative interest, including the ‘gateway’ activities that could lead people into a lifetime of creativity.

Guest speaker Marion Cheung, a multi-disciplinary and participatory artist working in the field of arts in health, will offer us a provocation to stimulate our conversation.

All welcome!
