Creu Cymru is delighted to support a number of freelance professionals to work with arts venues across Wales.  Llaw/Hand is a new fund designed by Creu Cymru with an emphasis on developing capacity and audience development in member organisations which have been impacted by the Covid 19 pandemic.

The first leg of recruitment is for Sherman Theatre, Cardiff and Redhouse Merthyr – watch this space for more announcements!

Sherman Theatre is looking for an Audio Consultant to work across Heart of Cardiff, a series of Audio Theatre Experiences inspired by the diverse communities of Cardiff.

The Audio Consultant will support us across the following areas:

  • Ensuring that the overall production levels meet broadcast standards
  • Supporting Sherman Theatre to maximise its reach to podcast and audio drama listeners
  • Supporting the organisation with encoding and metadata and the potential enhancement of audio by adding text and images
  • Offering mentorship to the Sherman Theatre producing team

Key dates:  The role will begin no later than Thursday 1st October – through to early December.  This is not a full time position and we imagine the consultancy to be weighted more towards the early part of the project/
