The PA will play a key role in helping to support and co-ordinate the activity of team members and corporate projects, but their main focus will be to provide administrative assistance and support to the Director Operations – Arts Funding Services. This will include the co-ordination of communication, correspondence, appointments/diary management, travel and expenses. It will also include the planning, organisation and administration of meetings.

The successful candidate will have previous, relevant experience of providing high quality administrative services and first line support within a small, busy team, that assists flexible/mobile working. They will have highly developed IT skills. The ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise is essential, along with good communication skills and a commitment to high standards of customer care.

We work in both English and Welsh and fluency in Welsh (both written and spoken) is essential for this role.
