Jukebox Collective is a Black-led organisation based in Butetown, Cardiff rooted in youth/street culture. We aim to achieve self-determination for communities across Wales by celebrating the beauty of diversity and creating a space where our community can express their passions and achieve success. Alongside our multidisciplinary participation programme, we create Theatre and manage a Creative Agency where we represent dance artists and make bespoke performance work.

We play an integral part in shaping how Black and ethnic minority cultures are represented within the Welsh cultural sector and we strongly believe in the power of art and culture to change people’s lives.

Jukebox Collective is looking for a passionate, committed and experienced Programme and Participation Manager to work within our Classes, Outreach and Academy department and join a small team in Cardiff. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and highly organised individual to support and work closely with our community. You will develop high quality creative programmes as well as build a business strategy to ensure delivery on core targets.

Butetown Community Centre, 40 Loudoun Square, Cardiff CF10 5UZ

Hours
Full Time (with some weekend working) - 35 hours per week

Salary
23,000 - 25,000 per year, depending on experience
